Sunday Musings

Sunday's are always a day of catching up ....cleaning, baking, bookkeeping or sewing.
Today I baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies for my oldest sons birthday, did a little cleaning and worked on setting up my ETSY SHOP.
Since I didn't get to put away most of my Christmas decorations yet, I thought that I would share some pictures with you.....

Caw the Crow...a gift from my grandson

Warm Kitty

Brr....has it been cold outside.....
and
I am not the only one that thinks so!
I thought that I would share this cute picture of Mia snuggled under one of my quilts!
Mom's quilts always keep me warm.

Hope that you are having a warm and peaceful evening!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope that everyone is having a great 1st day of the New Year. I have been sewing like a mad woman trying to get ready for a new Block of the Month . It will be a Sampler BOM quilt made with 12" blocks and in two colorways. The 1st will be from Moda's Kansas Troubles fabrics and the other from assorted Civil War prints. The blocks are traditional and go together fast. The cost is $10 per month for each months pattern and fabric. It will run for 12 months with an optional finish kit.
Here is a sneek peak at the blocks made with the KT fabrics.
